This site asks for your name and email only so I can answer your request. I don't sell it, and this site runs no ad tracking.
What I collect
What you type into the contact form: name, email, whether you're buying or selling, your timing and your message. The site host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security.
How it's collected
Only when you type it into the form and press the button. The host's server logs are made automatically when a page loads.
How I use it
To reply to your request and talk with you about buying or selling a home. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Me, and the brokerage I work under, Kris Lindahl Real Estate, when the law or brokerage rules require it. The service that delivers the form to me will be named here once it is set up. I don't sell or rent your information.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no advertising cookies, pixels or analytics at this time. If that changes, this page changes first.
How long I keep it
Up to 2 years after we last talk, unless a real estate transaction requires longer records under Minnesota law.
Keeping it safe
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only I can read form requests.
Children
This site is not meant for anyone under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
California residents
If you live in California, you can ask what I hold about you and ask me to delete it, the same way as anyone else.
Your choices
Ask me to see, fix or delete what you sent by using the contact form.
Privacy requests
Use the contact form, or write to Jason Boblett, Kris Lindahl Real Estate, 5612 International Pkwy, New Hope, MN 55428.
Fair housing
I follow federal and Minnesota fair housing laws. I don't treat anyone differently based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other class protected by Minnesota law.
