Do I need to be pre-approved before we talk?
No. We can talk first. If you're not pre-approved yet, I'll tell you what that step looks like and when to do it.
Do I have to sign anything?
Not on the free call. Before we tour homes together, you'll sign a buyer agreement. It spells out how I'm paid, and we go through it line by line first.
How much will it cost me?
We cover that on the call, before you agree to anything. It depends on the home and the deal, and you'll see it in writing.
Which towns should I look in?
